Our Story & Growth

Founded as a family-owned and operated business, we have proudly served Manatee, Sarasota, and surrounding counties for over two decades. As we have been blessed, we have had the opportunity to grow and expand.

We maintain a family-oriented atmosphere where we support each other in the field and in the office. You are a vital member of a team that relies on mutual support.

Our Commitment

Our mission is straightforward: provide safe, effective, humane, and thorough wildlife solutions tailored for both residential and commercial properties throughout West Central Florida.

Whether it’s removal, clean-up, building repairs, or prevention, our goal is complete customer satisfaction. We work closely with clients every step of the way to ensure wildlife don’t return.

Is This Right For You?

The safety of our team members may depend on you. Before applying, ensure you meet these core requirements:

Your Background

Full background, police, and driving checks are mandatory. Insurance requires drivers with clean records and no criminal history. We want strong references from past employers.

Physical Health

This is physical work. You must be able to climb ladders, work on roofs, and enter hot attics. An even temper is essential—emotional control is required on the job.

Drug-Free

Nuisance Wildlife Removal is a drug-free workplace with zero exceptions. Your head needs to be clear at all times to ensure the safety of our team and customers.

Ethics

We are a Christian-based organization. We believe in ethical behavior: we don't lie, cheat, or steal. Honesty and integrity are essential at all times.

Wildlife Policy

When possible, we prefer to relocate animals. However, you must understand that euthanasia is sometimes necessary to end suffering or protect public health.

Compensation

Nuisance Wildlife Removal pays well with a variety of structures (Salary, Commission, or Hourly) depending on the role. We take good care of our team.

"It’s a great career for the right person."
